Poll Results and Actions

Thank you to everyone who recently took part in our Poll on our Support Websites. You can see the results below.

As you can see the results are a bit of a mixed bag, we’re really pleased that a majority of our customers know our support websites are there and have looked at them at some point. We are though disappointed that they don’t seem to be hitting the right spot and seem to be considered confusing.

What are we going to do about it? Well the first action we are going to take is to run a deeper survey to get to the bottom of the problems, we’ll be sending this out over the course of this week to a segment of 4000 customers we know have visited the support sites at some point. If you don’t get the email but want to participate here is a link.

We’re hoping to collect enough information from the survey to pull together an improvement plan which we can start rolling out to the support sites as soon as possible. We’ll keep you updated on our progress and the steps that we’re taking along the way.
