Are you a customer service champion with a great knowledge of IT? Do you know your DNS from your DNA? We’re looking for Technical Support Agents to solve the problems that customers encounter quickly and effectively, whilst maximising the quality of experience for the customer and improving the skills of the customer where appropriate.
You will need excellent communication skills, with e-mail & phone. A Good knowledge of the Internet, e-mail, FTP and the world wide web and experience with either Windows and/or Linux is required, together with the ability to use MS Office programs. An understanding of Hosting & DNS would be an advantage.
You must be able to work a shift pattern including weekends.
You will be expected to deliver in the following key areas:
Answer emails & calls in a positive and friendly manner
Ensure all queries created are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
Take orders and sell our products
Quickly identify problems that need to be escalated to the next level of support
Create a record of each customer problem and administer the process
Direct customers to our knowledge base to improve their ability in solving future problems themselves
Support new product releases
Have an in depth knowledge of our products
